Horticulture: Pallet Gardens

The Scone Palace Garden Fair (replacing Gardening Scotland) was first held in 2022. In 2023 and 2024 NBiB was awarded a Silver medal in the Pallet competition and in 2025 received a Gold Medal. Pictures of these pallets can be viewed by clicking here.

There are permanent pallet gardens outside the Abbey and St Andrew Blackadder churches and these are changed regularly to reflect the time of year and/or an occasion. A selection of these are shown below.
